CCEP France - Road-rail distribution

CCEP France has long been engaged in the transformation of the distribution methods of its products in order to invent the solutions of tomorrow. As early as 2001, CCEP France opted for piggyback transport by putting some of its trucks on rail. Since then, the equivalent of 50,000 vehicles have been taken off the roads, saving 34 million km. Today, piggybacking represents 6% of total distance travelled, i.e. 3,300 lorries on the train in 2016. Through the charter FRET21, CCEP France is committed to pursuing this dynamic.
