SCA uses rail for the import of products from Italy to certain French customers, and for transit from the Benelux countries to Spain.

For imports to France, we make a long-distance wagon approach from Italy to two warehouses located in France. These products are then transhipped into trucks for the rest of the journey by road to the customer's warehouses.

For certain productions carried out in certain industrial sites in Northern Europe, and intended for the Spanish market, we have selected carriers with the equipment and organisation allowing the use of the "Lorry Rail" motorway between Luxembourg and Perpignan. This organization allows us to limit road transport to the first and last kilometres (pre- and post-transport), as most of the journey is made by rail.
